Can I make payments over the phone or online?
Please note the below applies for non-smart pre-payment meters only.
If you’ve got a Pay-As-You-Go meter then you won’t be able to top up your credit online – you’ll normally need to visit a Post Office, PayPoint or Payzone.
If you’re having problems with your credit, call our customer service team for free on 0800 953 0165. We’ll be ready to take your call between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday or between 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
